    For those you you taking Kratom long-term, this is a great thing to get. Although many of us have our favorite strains, if we continue to take the same ones every time then the body more quickly adapts, making it less effective over time. By using the variety pack you can use your favorite strain mixed with a little of 1 or 2 others. This helps keep things changing and have to up the dosing less often. Besides, you may find one of the strains in the variety pack that you haven't tried before become your new favorite. My only complaint is with the new packaging- some of the product ends up at the top above the zipper seal, so when you tear the package open, some of the powder spills out (this has happened with every new package). With the variety pack, the new packaging resulting in my spilling about a whole package worth (a little bit from almost every package) by the time I got through all of them. Hopefully they fix it soon.

    I'm used to Kratom capsules but decided to try to go with the powder to save some money. I went ahead and got the multi pack to figure out which strain might be best for me. The packaging is good. The quality also seems okay. Just like they make sure to list that it's not FDA approved, I really wish they gave an estimated dosage chart as well as directions on how to use, even though it will be different per individual. There are well known ways to take Kratom but it's so bitter, there should be more. LoL.
