Kratom Spot Shipping Policies


Enjoy Secure Shipping to U.S. Customers

Kratom Spot is committed to providing secure and speedy delivery of your Kratom orders to all of our U.S. customers. When you order Kratom from Kratom Spot, your order will be shipped on the same day if placed before 3pm PST (6pm EST) during regular business hours.

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We will ship the same day for orders placed on Saturdays before 12:00pm PST.

Our facilities are closed in observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

When you purchase Kratom from us, we will keep you up-to-date on your shipment with email updates. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date, not including Sundays and holidays. However, we are not responsible for USPS delivery days resulting from weather, policy changes, or other events outside our control. Also note that USPS may observe holidays that result in shipping delays.

We may not be able to ship to your city or state; please check your local regulations if you have difficulty placing your order.

Delivery Windows and Delays

We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority, which typically provides a 2-3 business day shipping time. However, USPS transit delays may occur, depending on USPS’s processing and delivery schedule. Once a package has left our facility and is in transit, we are not able to control the transit time, delivery schedule or tracking updates.

We are also unable to cancel an order once it is in transit. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.

If you experience extreme delays (a week or more) or believe that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team, who will assist you in investigating the delay.

Secure, Discreet Packaging

The privacy of our customers is one of our top priorities. All orders are carefully packaged in standard boxes provided to our company by USPS. We do not include any distinguishing Kratom Spot or kratom related logos on our packaging material. The word “kratom” is not on the shipping label, and instead shows “KSLP – Kspot”.

To reduce the chances of an order being damaged in transit, products are packaged safely and securely by our Shipping Team before the shipping box is sealed with an adhesive strip and additional shipping tape if needed. All of our products are sealed in air-tight, resealable Kratom Spot packaging, and should arrive as such. If you receive a product and the product packaging has been damaged or tampered with, please take a photo of the damage for proof of damage and then contact our Customer Support Team.


Each order placed through our website is assigned a USPS tracking number when it is ready for shipment. You will receive the tracking number for your order via email. The tracking number will be sent from on our behalf to the email address provided when placing your order.

If you need assistance finding the tracking number for your Kratom Spot order, please reach out to Kratom Spot Customer Support, who will help you locate it. We can be reached online or by phone at 888-510-2038.

However, our Customer Support representatives are unable to track your package any more precisely than via the provided tracking number, and they cannot provide you with more accurate delivery estimates.

Permitted and Restricted Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to the following states, cities and counties, due to local kratom bans there in place: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, Union County, Denver, San Diego. While we do not ship internationally, we are obligated to note that kratom is also banned in the following countries: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Special Shipping Notes and Requests

Our shipping team will make every effort to accomodate any shipping notes related to the actual shipment of an order. They will not ship an order to an additional address or person(s) information entered into the shipping notes section. If you have a question regarding an address correction/change or any other issue regarding your shipment, please contact our Customer Support team directly during our regular business hours and they will make every effort to assist you.
