It was OK at most . I did have a lite breakfast before hand. But I wasn't thats impressed with I. I will try others to see if its just that kind. Can't say I felt much different from it. I noticed a numbing of my mouth when I first took it. Then felt warm. Then just felt normal as if I didn't take it
