    I enjoy it very much. Great for pre or post workout. I'm an avid runner so it is great prior to my run to give me an extra runners boost or I take it after in order to help with my recovery. Either way it's pain relief and mood enhancing and pain relief capabilities have really assisted me with this. So if you are an avid gym rat or a runner like me I would highly recommend this strain. The amount for you might very by your weight but whatever your dose the feeling is superb.

    For the price being this crazy affordable and the quality pretty great from what I’ve personally experienced this Sumatra extract is a great choice for anyone seeking analgesia/pain relief, a slight coffee like stimulation and mood elevation. Very finely sifted and it has a deep, rich color to it indicating a high alkaloid content. High quality for sure.

    Like any other leaf extract powder it’s best to sift the dosage into at least the same amount of raw leaf powder as the amount of extract being used, simply won’t work the same way without raw leaf to anchor it to.
