    This was my first time trying this for pain and stiffness in my elbow and it worked wonders for me.     I have devised a wonderful recipe for mixing this powerful product. In a mason jar mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric golden milk (powder) with 1/2 teaspoon of Kratom, 3 teaspoon of Ovaltine, and 1 teaspoon of pure syrup. Fill the jar 1/2 full with either oat milk or almond milk. Place the lid on the jar and tightly seal. Shake the jar vigorously for 1/2 a minute or so. Fill the jar to a little more than 3/4 full. Place the lid back on and repeat shaking for another 1/2 minute or so. Now you’re ready to enjoy one of the best drinks known to man. You will be left with a few small lumps that will be consumed, and a whole lot of joy. After consuming your drink, wait 1/2 hour, and you will begin feeling a shroud of pure bliss consume you.

    Kratom is the real deal! Love it! Oh, and I highly recommend you start with the Red Vein Maeng Da first. You won’t be disappointed.

    I’m so thankful for Kratom. I have knee pain which makes it painful to even walk.     Used this to make tea, I used entire 1 oz to make 4 liters (1 gal) of tea. I sweetened with 560 grams of sugar, and added 150 ml of lemon juice and 150 ml of apple cider vinegar to help increase potency. The taste was great and after straining it through a filter there was no grit from the powder, and I felt a decent amount of pain relief from it. If I didn't switch to loose leaf I would purchase this again.
