    First time I have tried the white maeng da. I only was tempted to try it bc of hearing my bf talk good about the white vein kratoms.     I'm in the midst of weening off my pharmaceutical medications for an easier switch but I'm so ready after I saw my husband be successful with the kratom transformation.
    We both have chronic pain – mine is from lupus and fibro and sjogrens but a friend of ours swore she switched from her heavy duty medications and she also has connective tissue diseases and hasn't needed a pain pill in 3 years.

    I'm very new to the kratom scene. I first bought the loose powder a few years ago, but hated the taste, so I thought I'd try the capsules and really like them. I really started out at a low dose, so it took awhile to find my sweet spot. I'm actually still finding it lol. I started with two capsules and that did nothing. The next day 3 and 4 the day after, and so on. I'm up to 6 capsules and I think I still need 1 or 2 more, but I definitely feel better when taking this. The energy isn't too much. Less than cups of coffee, I'd say, and it's a nice feeling kind of energy. I have an anxiety disorder and get panic attacks and this doesn't make that worse. I also feel the enhanced confidence, which is nice. Overall, I really like this, but wish I didn't have to swallow so many capsules in one sitting because it makes me feel a little nauseous lol, but not as nauseous as when I take it in powder form.

    I wish the energy part would last longer. It messes with my stomach. I am 110# and I have to take 4 and that only lasts about 3 hours. It does give me energy and focus.
