    I take the Red at night so I can sleep and the White in the day for a little extra energy and pain relief. I’ve had 5 back surgeries and have a lot of nerve damage that causes me so much pain to the point I can’t get off the floor some days. This has really helped me out with have somewhat of a normal pain free life. Only down side that I’ve noticed is it makes me Constipated so be careful about that.. that’s the only issue I’ve noticed since taking it. I’m completely free of traditional pain medication and all the ugly side effects that they use to give me so that’s a plus!

    I found this Bali Red Kratom particularly smooth–relaxing, gave lower back relief and it also helped me sleep throughout the night. I took between 2-4 capsules about 45 minutes before bedtime. Pain relief and a calm feeling settled in first. When I went to bed, I only spent about 10-15 minutes getting cozily sleepy before I actually fell into a very restful sleep.

    My only qualm is that the capsules are really big and I'm not sure I can swallow a pill that big. One time I took an omega 3 and it got stuck in my throat and 2 people had to give me the heimlich. super scary. so I just emptied these out and ate the powder. 1 pill is a super tiny amount but it does relax me if i take it on an empty stomach. i like that it's a small amount though, so i don't take too much.

    They work well for pain. Don't take too many — two is all I can take. Any more they suppress my breathing although other people it may be different. Just be careful. They are slow acting meaning it takes a half hour to dull pain, not minutes like a narcotic. Well packaged.

My only issue is that the site or bottle doesnt explain how much kratom is in each capsule so I have no idea how much I am taking.
