    This is a bit stronger than the Green Thai. When taken on an empty stomach, I found that I have to eat something within 10 or 15 minutes or I'll feel a bit nauseated. But then I feel very pleasant and it really really helps my anxiety.

    It doesn’t give me energy and it doesn’t take away my withdrawal symptoms from my prescription pain medications. It doesn’t even take away my pain. I don’t what’s going on but I rarely buy kratom. I’m afraid to try red maeng da again because I haven’t had any good results with this one and the other one I bough which was red maeng da in capsules. I even took the capsules apart and use it as a powder it did nothing for me at all.

    the green helps me with overcoming my arthritis stiffness in the morning … otherwise i would just want to lay in bed. motivates me to do my exercises and get moving for my day. then a half teaspoon of powder a couple of times during the day and i feel great. better relief than using opioids. ( wich i used before i found Kratom) i like using the powder and chasing it down with water. i know there are tastier ways to do it, however i like seeing how much i am taking.
