    Just what first time users need to find out which type of kratom works for specific needs. For energy and pain relief we like the white and green Maeng Da mixed with hot assam tea or with iced hibiscus tea. Add a tiny bit of red for calming effect. The red Sumatra is best for night time pain relief. We find the Sumatra can promote emotional release of pent up sadness (do not watch sad movies or read sad novels and be prepared to cope with release of repressed emotions) while the white/green combo bring on positive, optimistic vibes. All forms of Kratom need something to help with potential of constipation if you must use daily. Vitamin c, hibiscus tea, prune juice and senna tea (smooth move) can help.

    The quality was excellent as usual, but for the price I thought I would get 4 ounces! I was hoping the maeng da special deal would include the ultra maeng da. I recieved one red, one white and one green. I'm still not sure I was supposed to get only 3 ounces. I tried calling several times to 'make sure' it included the ultra maeng da but there was no answer.

    However, I know now that I prefer the red sumatra! It gives me a boost in small doses and eases my anxiety. At night it helps me to relax and unwind. I will definitely be ordering more.
