But the capsules are the way to go. I take 3 grams (6 capsules) every other day for pain and lethargy. I have rheumatoid arthritis and these really help. Definitely recommend.

    I take Kratom to help with severe migraine pain. I decided to try this one, as I was told that it was a Red strain "by the staff here." They are always so helpful. :). While it is good for pain, I found it to be almost too stimulating. Great quality Kratom though.

    As much as I loved the way this strain made me feel (at ease, little to no nausea, calm and collected, pain virtually gone), the time it takes for these capsules to set in was way too unpredictable. Some days, it'd take effect within an hour, other days I wouldn't noticed the effect for 4-6 hours. Maybe the gel capsule is too thick/not easily digestible? Skipped out on reordering and am trying the shots and the regular green Maeng Da this time around. Overall, Kratom Spot is great with their delivery and shipping times and their prices may be a little steep but if you stick around, the coupon codes are worth the wait! Third time ordering so, despite this particular strain not working for me, I'm still a pleased customer c:

    Unfortunately this particular strain didn’t work for me. I took one and got a really bad headache. I’m new at the whole kratom thing so maybe I got a headache because it was too strong? I’m not really sure? The only other strain that I have tried is Bentuangie and that was half of a teaspoon over an hour and a half and I got a little nauseated and a headache. I guess my body just doesn’t care for it. The order was correct and came super fast. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family. <3

    These capsules are well packed, and the product inside them is superior. Though. as someone who needs a high dose, I’ve found I’m better off just using the powder. I need to swallow too many capsules at one time for the needed dose and this inevitably leads to a stomach ache and bloating, which does not happen with the plain powder. I’m thinking it’s whatever the capsules are made of that is causing me the issue. The capsules work well to transport though, and then I just empty the contents into warm water.

    After regular Kratom failed to work, I ordered this stuff. 2 of these didn't work after a few tries. So I took 4 today and felt a slight something. So I may need a little stronger product cause I hate swallowing pills so more than 4 isn't gonna work. The powder is disgusting I'm sure. So not sure wish there were more options in liquid or sublingual, or up the butt. I am wanting to use Kratom cause if the FDA said don't take it it's good shit.

    Best Kratom I have tried! Best bang for buck! If you dont like swallowing a lot of capsules this is for you. Just remember that its an extract so it has more potency than any normal quality. The amount you take is up to you but I would start a a lower than normal dose.
