    I don't suffer from chronic or severe pain so I can't speak to that issue. After a few days of dose adjustment and experimentation, I decided to try the Green Thai as well to get a balance of effects with the white. The green being a little slower in my opinion. I also got some of your Red Thai to round everything out as far a calming/relaxation. Still adjusting doses and finding out how much, which type, frequency to get the best out of this amazing substance!
    Tried capsules at first but then discovered that the taste is not bad (to me anyway) so just "toss and wash" as I hear people say. Going to try making a tea beverage when I get an evening off work!
    I'm a guy in my 50's who works 10+ hours every day and your Kratom has given me the edge I need to keep up. My coworkers are half my age ????
